Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when you shop with Wild & Wonder Co. Every item we create is made with care, intention, and attention to detail — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

This page explains how returns and refunds work for both ready‑made items and personalised pieces, in line with UK consumer law.


Returning Ready‑Made Items

If you change your mind about a ready‑made item, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Once you’ve told us you’d like to return it, you have another 14 days to send it back.

We will refund:

  • the full cost of the item
  • the cost of our standard outward delivery charge

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned safely packaged.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


Returns on Personalised Orders

Because custom and personalised items are made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or make a mistake during ordering.


Please double‑check all spelling, personalisation details, and options before finalising your purchase.


What if something goes wrong?

If your item arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn’t what you ordered, we want to make it right.

In line with UK consumer law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.

Just send us a message with a photo of the issue within 30 days, and we’ll sort everything out for you at no extra cost.


Faulty or Not‑as‑Described Items

If any item — personalised or not — arrives faulty or isn’t what you expected based on the description, please contact us as soon as possible.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, and we will cover the cost of return postage or provide a prepaid label.

We may ask for photos to help us understand the issue quickly.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at customersupport@wildandwonder26.com with:

  • your order number
  • the item you’d like to return
  • the reason for the return

We’ll guide you through the next steps and make the process as smooth as possible.

This numbers is message‑only. We listen to every voicemail and aim to return calls within 24 hours, unless there’s a reason we can’t....  in which case, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.


Return Postage & Shipping Costs

Change of Mind:  If you are returning an item because you've changed your mind, the return postage cost to send the item back to our workshop is your responsibility.  We will refund the initial standard outward delivery cost you paid at checkout.  (If you opted for an upgraded/express shipping option, we are only legally required to refund the value of our basic standard delivery)

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items:  If your item is faulty, arrives damaged, or we have made a manufacturing error, we will fully cover the cost of return postage by providing a prepaid label or refunding your postal costs.

Refund Timeframes

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
You will receive your refund via the original payment method.
