At Wild & Wonder Co., we want your order to arrive safely, promptly, and with the same care we put into everything we create. Each order is carefully prepared by the team here at Wild & Wonder. Every item is thoughtfully wrapped and securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely — ready to gift or enjoy the moment it reaches you.

Because each item is made or created by us, every piece is unique — something you won’t easily find anywhere else. We take pride in crafting products that feel personal, considered, and special from the moment they arrive.

Standard Delivery (Ready‑Made Items)

Ready‑made products are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail or our courier, delivery times may vary slightly, but we’ll always keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.

Delivery for Personalised or Made‑to‑Order Items

Items that require personalisation or are made especially for you are dispatched within 3–7 working days. This timeframe allows us to prepare your order with the attention and detail it deserves.

If your order contains both ready‑made and personalised items, they may be shipped together once everything is complete. If this applies, we’ll let you know.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout. If you choose an upgraded delivery option (such as tracked or express), the additional cost is non‑refundable unless the item is faulty.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or hasn’t arrived when expected, please contact us. We’ll work with you and the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
